About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our Technical Department and oversee the delivery of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join Vistry Southern, a leading developer in the UK.

As Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design process, ensuring timely registration with warranty providers and Building Regulation Applications. You will also coordinate PD and PC roles under the Building Safety Act, making applications and changes as necessary.

You will work closely with the technical team to ensure the preparation, approval, and distribution of the Health and Safety File/Operating and Maintenance Manuals. Additionally, you will review the team's design development to allow construction of works to follow safety working practices and be in accordance with current legislation, Group Policy, and Procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analysing problems and delivering solutions, with a strong understanding of traditional construction, concrete frame construction, and commercially aware. You will also possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and make decisions within authority.

This role offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and private medical insurance. You will also enjoy up to 33 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to up to 39 days with service. Additionally, you will have access to our enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave policies.
