Job Overview

Sustainable Talent is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-discipline projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing site-based construction elements and developing communications and performance within project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage construction activities, including programme progression, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Administer Electrical Safety Rules (ESR) and ensure safety processes are upheld onsite.
  • Liaise with Client Operations Teams throughout the construction phase.
  • Receive, manage, and issue drawings for construction at site level, checking that construction meets design requirements.
  • Work with Team Leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery on site.
  • Oversee completions, coordinate sub-contractor activities, and manage internal direct reports.
  • Provide input into design reviews as required.
  • Plan ahead, provide resources, tools, materials, and H&S equipment to ensure safe and efficient construction.
  • Manage Acceptance Testing and deliver 'As-Built' documentation.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Team player with knowledge of safe systems of work and relevant electrical qualifications.
  • Experience in industrial electrical containment construction and current electrical regulations.
  • SMSTS certification.
