About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PHP Software Developer to join our Magento Software Engineering team.

This role is ideal for a candidate with up to 1 year of commercial web development experience in PHP frameworks such as Zend, Magento, or WordPress.

As a PHP Software Developer, you will be responsible for software architecture, design, coding, and technical development of web applications.

You will have the opportunity to become a Magento Certified Developer and increase your knowledge of Magento.

You will work with experienced Magento Developers to build eCommerce websites using Magento.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing code to projects
  • Peer reviewing code created by other team members
  • Reviewing comprehensive functional specifications to meet architectural challenges

Required skills include:

  • 1 year of commercial software development experience

Desired skills include:

  • Experience with PHP-based frameworks
  • Linux, Nginx
  • Git-based source control
  • MySQL
  • JavaScript / HTML / CSS
