The West London NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Administrative Lead for Quality Initiatives. This challenging role requires a skilled professional to provide administrative support to the Quality Improvement team, including preparation of materials, data analysis, and documentation.

You will play a vital role in coordinating and managing quality improvement projects and programmes across all service lines. Your advanced administrative skills will enable you to liaise effectively with clinical teams, service users, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement QI project plans, ensuring effective delivery.
  2. Maintain appropriate governance to capture and record changes to plans, milestones, and timeframes.
  3. Support the adoption and management of the QI project reporting platform.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,000-£50,000 per annum, based on experience.
