Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Network Management Team at North Lincolnshire Council. As a Dispute Resolution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and laws related to roadworks throughout North Lincolnshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and addressing non-compliance with statutory undertakers and assisting the Network Manager in delivering the council's duties under the Traffic Management Act.
- Coordinating and inspecting roadworks to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Working collaboratively with the Network Management Team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
