About the Role: As a Temporary Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a vibrant and inclusive environment, supporting students with Autism and other complex needs. Your role will involve assisting students during lessons, leading small group interventions, and providing one-to-one support when required. You will also play a key part in maintaining a calm and structured classroom environment. If you have excellent behaviour management skills and a passion for supporting students with SEMH needs, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students during lessons and activities
  • Leading small group interventions to enhance students' academic and personal development
  • Providing one-to-one support to students as directed
  • Maintaining a calm and structured classroom environment
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to support SEMH needs

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively with students who have complex needs, demonstrating high levels of resilience, patience, and understanding. You will also require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
