We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Management team in the smooth operation of the department.
  • Support and deliver training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the guest experience.
  • Continuously develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery.
  • Ensure the department is always prepared for business and forthcoming days service.
  • Communicate and cooperate with all colleagues in all departments.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation throughout the team.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Hotel's products, including Food & Beverage and auditing procedures.
  • Good command of the English language to enable effective communication with the team.
  • Excellent communication and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences at all times.
