Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at THE CHANNEL RECRUITER LTD. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms and internal communications channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
- Create high-quality content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform future content decisions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong creative eye and ability to develop engaging content
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000-£35,000 + excellent benefits, as well as the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days working from home.
