About the Job:
This role involves working as a Business Intelligence Analyst to design and implement solutions for market risk management. You will work closely with stakeholders to collect and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Your duties may include analyzing market risk datasets, detecting and addressing data quality issues, and utilizing SQL and Python to investigate and resolve discrepancies. You will also facilitate Scrum ceremonies and assist in tracking impediments to enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and translate business requirements for market risk management into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Designing solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders and development teams
- Analyze market risk datasets to detect and address data quality issues, discrepancies, and anomalies in production data
- Utilize SQL and Python to investigate and resolve data quality issues from various sources
- Assist in tracking and removing impediments to enhance team performance and foster continuous improvement
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
