Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support the Exmoor Pioneers Programme, a four-year initiative aimed at enhancing nature, heritage, and community on Exmoor.

The Exmoor Pioneers Programme is a transformative project celebrating Exmoor's unique landscape and heritage, ensuring its future for generations to come.

The Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will lead the coordination of our Exmoor Pioneers Programme. Your responsibilities will include managing the programme team, overseeing public events, liaising with education providers, convening meetings, maintaining the programme's public profile, and compiling quarterly reports.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering and/or coordinating substantial projects or work programmes
  • Experience managing contractors
  • Experience working with funding bodies and grant reporting
  • Experience of the skills sector, managing internships, etc.
  • A good understanding of the environmental sector and/or Protected Landscapes
  • Management and/or supervisory skills
