As an experienced Financial Operations Assistant at Office Angels, you will play a vital role in supporting our New Build Division. Your primary responsibility will be to process and place orders for the team, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and place orders for the New Build Division.
  2. Liaise with New Build personnel to discuss order requirements and timelines.
  3. Respond to inquiries from the Installations Team regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  4. Utilize Receipt Bank to efficiently process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in basic Xero accounting software to ensure seamless financial management.
  6. Showcase skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to create professional reports and spreadsheets.
  7. Effectively utilize calendar software to schedule meetings and appointments.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a finance or administrative role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract top talent in the field.
