Job Summary

We're seeking an Assurance Specialist (Licensing) to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role involves providing industry assurance to clients and technical authorities, driving performance improvements, and ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead licence applications and specialist onsite audits to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and Sentinel Scheme Rules.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to business units and suppliers on CDM Regulations and Principal Contractor Duties.
  • Identify non-compliance and areas of risk, undertaking reviews and managing supplier performance.
  • Fulfil Principal Contractor assurance requirements and support the Technical Authority audit team.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate qualification and proven expert knowledge of CDM.
  • Good understanding of risk assessment/loss control tools and techniques.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
