About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at MSX International. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training programs for Iveco technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver core technical training programs, including EV, to Dealer technicians
  • Develop and implement learner-focused training solutions aligned to TAP methodology
  • Align all delivery to the Iveco brand culture and requirements
  • Utilize innovative digital technologies during the delivery of remote learning interventions
  • Support course development work as and when required
  • Adapt European materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses
  • Perform all aspects of administration in relation to training delivery

About You

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with a passion for the truck industry and a proven track record of achieving objectives. You will have a Master Technician status and be up to date with new and revised learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies.

Working Pattern and Location

  • 40 hours per week
