Facilities Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Development Manager to join our client's organisation in Bolton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Facilities Improvement Plan, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing facilities budgets to maximise resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive Facilities Improvement Plan to enhance the safety and efficiency of our facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and manage relevant projects to mitigate potential hazards.
- Manage facilities budgets to optimise resource allocation and ensure effective use of resources.
- Lead a high-performing team of support staff to drive high performance and anticipate service needs.
- Provide timely and effective support to meet service needs, including participating in on-call duties and occasional weekend work.
- Extensive experience in premises and project management, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management, business planning, and performance management.
- Ability to generate income through leasing and event room hire.
- Excellent organisational and ICT skills, with effective stakeholder management and influence.
