Business Transformation Lead

Tennex Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Lead to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving large-scale transformation and integration projects, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing process optimization and integration of new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale transformation and integration projects, ensuring seamless execution and adoption of new systems.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, systems implementation, and organizational change management.
  • Oversee process optimization and integration of new businesses, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  • Engage stakeholders, work closely with C-suite and department heads, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in transformation and integration projects or related roles within a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and project management skills.
  • Ideally, experience in the Managed Print or Document Solutions sector.
  • Experience in managing post-merger integrations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in change management, process optimization, and business transformation.
