About the Role

ASCL is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to support the development and delivery of the Association's digital strategy, reporting to the Director of People and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead on implementing new initiatives and technologies to enhance the member/user experience.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the Association's strategic digital enhancement.
  • Manage ASCL's CRM, web, and App to expand the Association's growth and member revenue.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary starting from £68,259 per annum, paid on a five-point incremental range.
  • Reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses covered.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including working from home and being in-person at our Leicester HQ.
  • IT and telephone equipment provided.
