Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Project Coordinator to join our client, a creative agency specializing in large format graphics.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position with a focus on project efficiency and finance. As a key team member, you will ensure that our business systems run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with due project governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets to prevent exceeding.
  • Agree and manage supplier contracts for best value from vendors.
  • Maintain office and studio supplies.

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in bookkeeping and project governance, preferably within a small, privately owned creative industry business. You must be based in Hertfordshire and available to work 5 days a week.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
