Warehouse Assistant / Export Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Assistant / Export Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient shipping of products to international customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Arrange courier collections, dispatch export orders, and create commercial invoices
* Run production, shortages, and other relevant reports
* Conduct quarterly, half-yearly, and annual stock takes
* Manage deliveries and help other warehouse team members where needed
* Liaise with other departments in the company

Requirements

* Export experience/knowledge
* Good communication skills
* IT skills including Microsoft
* Stock taking knowledge
* Full UK driving licence

* 30 days holiday including bank holidays

* Flexible working hours with a 16:30 finish on Fridays
