Role Description

As a SEO Account Manager, you will possess a strong knowledge and solid understanding of the SEO industry, best-practices, and fundamental requirements for ensuring strong SEO performance. You should have a strong technical skillset and be comfortable carrying out full site-side technical audits. Your primary responsibility will be leading the overarching strategy across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the wider SEO team to service a breadth of client accounts
  • Identifying, raising, and solving client issues/problems
  • Driving the overarching SEO strategy across your clients
  • Providing on-site technical SEO expertise and solutions
  • Preparing and delivering in-depth technical audits
  • Analyzing key data and providing insights/statistical analysis
  • Performing keyword research & opportunity analysis
  • Supporting the SEO executives with their development
  • Supporting on ad-hoc SEO tasks and providing client support
  • Identifying, highlighting, and proposing key growth opportunities for assigned clients
  • Supporting the development of new SEO business opportunities
  • Contributing to external & internal thought leadership & marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring team and project deadlines are met
  • Engaging with the team to ensure knowledge and best practice is shared
  • Working to and enforcing best industry practices
Desired Skills & Experience
  • A keen interest in SEO and digital marketing
  • A strong understanding of SEO and best-practices
  • A proven record of working within the SEO industry
  • An understanding of website markup (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • An understanding of general web and development standards
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • The ability to use Excel and advanced formulas to a competent level
  • Strong ability to communicate with clients
