College Welfare Coordinator

Peterhouse, a collegiate university, seeks a College Welfare Coordinator to provide pastoral support to its members. The successful candidate will engage with the College community, supporting events and interacting with members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential support to students and staff
  • Coordinate non-medical welfare activities
  • Advise students on available resources
  • Make referrals to specialist services

Requirements:

  • High emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Ability to work with diverse groups
  • Previous pastoral experience
  • Experience in a collegiate university
