**Job Title: Mental Health Prison Nurse - Team Lead**

Join a team of dedicated professionals in the field of prison mental health nursing. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation of patients and contribute to the highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care.
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.
  • Triage patient needs and assess, plan, and implement care for patients within each care/treatment pathway.
  • Facilitate the use of evidence-based practice to ensure clinical care is effective and appropriate.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of mental health experience in primary care services, either as a band 6 nurse or a student nurse within a prison in the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
