Job Opportunity at Accolade Security

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Accolade Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a visible uniformed deterrent to contribute to the safety and security of our clients' premises and staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a visible uniformed presence to deter potential troublemakers on site
  • Observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
  • Carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible
  • Ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified
  • Understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures
  • Assist, if required by the Client, with staff and customer searches
  • Ensure that the Security base is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition
  • Conduct yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring full uniform is worn and SIA licence is clearly displayed
Requirements:
  • SIA (Door Supervisor) License
  • At least 2 years experience working as a Door Supervisor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Right to work permit
  • 5 year checkable work history
