Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Global UK Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets, and QA procedures are in place and maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of projects, including the management of scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets, and QA procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects, inspiring and enthusing them to achieve excellence.
- Client Management: Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings and managing stakeholder requirements.
- Commercial Management: Manage commercial processes on projects, including procurement methods and contract administration requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360 and be able to manage technical risks and procurement methods.
- Communication: Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts in plain language, verbally and in writing.
- Reporting: Able to interrogate financial information and write high-quality reports.

You should be an excellent communicator, able to manage stakeholder requirements, and have a long-term thinking approach.
