About the Role: We are currently working with an SEMH school catering for students aged 10-16, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Key Stage 3 Teacher to join their team.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your teaching expertise to lead small-group and 1:1 sessions, working closely with students to ensure academic growth.
- Take responsibility for a year group class as the Class Teacher, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Education or a related field, coupled with relevant teaching experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000, aligned with the Main Pay Scale (£33,075 - £45,307).
