The successful candidate will have a passion for driving forward workforce education and skills, and will be committed to directly impacting positively on the development of those working in care. You will work closely with our outstanding team of nursing and healthcare lecturers, as well as support service staff, to deliver a range of professional programmes to hundreds of students each year.

Our facilities include state-of-the-art skills and simulation facilities, which include a fully equipped 7-bedded hospital ward, assistive technologies, community care/domiciliary care room, skills training spaces, and modern and spacious lecture and study spaces. A real asset is our University Centre at the Rhos-on-Sea Campus, which provides fabulous facilities for our Higher Education students.

We offer a range of high-quality professional programmes, including the All Wales NHS Induction for Healthcare Support Workers (all fields), as well as clinical skills courses to meet the needs of primary care. Our flagship level 4 Health Care Practice Programme is suitable for all fields and mapped for progression directly onto level 5 of nursing programmes and ODP.

We welcome applications for job share and offer a competitive salary of £29,161 - £45,077 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. You will also receive 46 days per annum, in addition to Bank Holidays and efficiency days, and be part of the Teachers Pension Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
