Classroom Leader for Lower Years

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a class of pupils, developing lesson plans, and assessing pupil progress. They will also contribute to whole-school initiatives, such as curriculum development and extracurricular programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, identifying areas for intervention
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices
- Participate in school-wide events and activities, promoting a positive school culture
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a lower Key Stage 2 environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience
