Job Title: Elementary Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and committed elementary education specialist to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. As an experienced teacher, you will be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in a lower key stage 2 class.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with parents and the community, and be committed to developing self-confident learners. Our school values a collaborative approach to education and upholds a Christian vision.

• Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils, ensuring the highest possible standards in work and behaviour.
• Observe, assess, monitor and record the progress and attainment of all pupils.
• Foster excellent relationships and encourage parental involvement.

About Us: We are part of Buckinghamshire Council, serving a diverse community. Our salary package includes an estimated £32,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience.
