Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work with GP practices across Derbyshire to deliver prescribing-related cost efficiencies, provide education and support to practices and care homes, and retrieve, analyse, and present patient-related prescribing and clinical data.

About the Role

This is a substantive post based at Scarsdale in Chesterfield, with a requirement to travel to GP practices across Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will have a BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent, be registered with the GPhC, and have demonstrable post-qualification experience in hospital, primary care, or community pharmacy.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have essential skills in communication, conflict resolution, and physical skills, including the ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload with minimal supervision.
