Nursery Room Leader Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join our pre-school room at Willing Care's new nursery. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of practitioners and shape the educational experiences of young children.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, as well as significant experience in a nursery setting. They must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads a team of nursery practitioners to ensure delivery of excellent care and education.
  • Plans and implements engaging activities tailored to individual needs and interests.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Develops strong partnerships with parents and families through effective communication.
