Rehabilitation Support Specialist

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Support Specialist to provide support and guidance to individuals with acquired Brain Injury in the Manchester area. As a key member of our team, you will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to promote rehabilitation and independence.
About the RoleThis role involves supporting service users with Brain Injury in their home environment and helping them access community resources. You will be responsible for shadowing rehabilitation sessions, attending MDT meetings, and providing progress updates.
Key Responsibilities:- Shadow rehabilitation sessions to support clients in carrying over goals in their home environment
- Support leisurely activities such as archery
- Attend MDT meetings and provide progress updates
- Monitor and report any drug or alcohol use
- Prompt self-care and manage the home environment
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- UK work experience in a similar role
- A Full Clean UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
- Experience in Brain Injury Support
- A relevant degree is preferable but not essential

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
