Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and external agencies.
  • Assessing residents' needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Providing support for daily living tasks such as personal care and medication management.
  • Identifying and addressing potential safeguarding concerns.

Required Qualifications:
  • Level 1 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults.
  • Basic IT literacy.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
