Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team, working in the Brent area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care duties, prioritising customer needs and preferences
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Use manual handling techniques, with equipment where necessary, to promote safe transfers and mobility
  • Support customers to maintain their physical and emotional well-being, enabling them to participate in activities and reach their full potential
Requirements
  • Hold a full and valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Be willing to use public transport if not a driver
  • Have access to a car for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent level of English language skills

  • An excellent hourly rate of £10 per hour (weekdays) and £10.50 per hour (weekends), increasing to £15 per hour on bank holidays
