Senior Engineer for Electrical Systems

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer for Electrical Systems to join our team at National Nuclear Laboratory. As a key member of our Compliance Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical system designs that meet the objectives of the organization in a cost-effective manner.
  • Lead maintenance activities by implementing and maintaining the technical basis of maintenance (TBoM) process.
  • Accountable to the Maintenance Delivery Manager for ensuring all maintenance tasks are clearly briefed, understood, and performed safely and on schedule.
Requirements
  • Degree Qualified (Electrical) or HND in an equivalent discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to lead teams and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to demonstrate conservative decision making, even in pressure situations.
