Job Overview

The role of Regional Quality Lead is a critical position within our organisation, responsible for delivering exceptional health and care experiences for residents across our care homes in the North East. This strategic role will enable us to drive quality improvements and achieve our mission to be recognised as the top care home provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the delivery of high-quality health and care services, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • To work closely with Home Managers to develop action plans for inspections, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and achieving excellent outcomes.
  • To develop Deputy Home Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care and improve the quality of life for residents.
Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive package for this role, including an annual salary of £57,500 (based on UK average salaries) and fantastic benefits, including private healthcare for you and your family, 33 days' annual leave, and a company stakeholder pension scheme.
