This role involves working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to implement efficient collections processes and manage debt. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, confident in resolving customer issues via phone calls and managing a debt case queue.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in Credit Control, be proficient in MS Excel, and have strong salesforce knowledge. They will also produce weekly debt reporting for the AR Team Leader.

Based on industry standards, this position comes with a salary range of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Implementing first-class collections processes within the Accounts Receivable team
  • Resolving customer issues over the phone to prevent payment delays
  • Managing a debt case queue to tackle non-payers and reduce outstanding aged ledger
  • Producing weekly debt reporting for the AR Team Leader
