Credit and Collections Specialist
Tes Global is seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing customers' accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing any payment issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate payment plans and initiate collections against overdue debts. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,750 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, 5% pension after probation and access to an extensive Learning and Development menu.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customers' accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing any payment issues
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Initiate collections against overdue debts
- Maintain accurate notes on customer accounts

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in credit control or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
