**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Partnership Lead to join our team at the East Midlands Education Trust. As a key member of our central team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our estates strategy, working closely with individual school leaders and relevant external bodies.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day running of the Estates Team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of services. You will also develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, deliver key projects, and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Trust's estates strategy.
  • Manage the Estates Team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Deliver key projects, working closely with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
