Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ESD Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in demolition projects and a proven track record of working with tier one contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial aspects of demolition projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Extensive experience in demolition projects.
  • Previous employment with a tier one contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
