Job Title: Ledger Clerk - Sales and Purchase Ledger

Location: Ringwood

Hours: 37 per week

About the Role:

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Ledger Clerk to join their Accounts and Finance Department in Ringwood. As a Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of Purchase and Sales Ledger to ensure the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices in line with approval limits
  • Communicate with customers and take card payments over the telephone
  • Respond to suppliers and other day-to-day queries
  • Assist with supplier payment runs on a weekly basis
  • Assist with service charge billing
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the wider Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Credit Control activities

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a keen interest in Accounts and Finance. You will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful disposition, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable, but training and support will be provided.
