At Crux Careers, we're seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a Mortgage Broker, you'll play a crucial role in providing mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide mortgage advice to clients, adhering to FCA rules and firm procedures.
- Identify and contact potential clients, gathering necessary information and understanding their needs.
- Analyse client information and research suitable mortgage options.
- Complete accurate documentation and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain competent status, staying up-to-date with market changes and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with firm procedures, FCA principles, and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
- Previous experience in a mortgage advisory capacity.
- CeMap qualification.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships, provide excellent client service, and make effective decisions.
- Technical product knowledge in mortgage and protection.
