Tax Advisory Professional

Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced Tax Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester City Centre. As a Tax Advisory Professional, you will work closely with our corporate advisory team to deliver high-quality tax advisory services to a range of clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of tax advisory projects, including M&A, due diligence reports, share schemes, international tax advice, valuations, and structuring/restructuring. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of tax queries and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality tax advisory services to clients, including M&A, due diligence reports, and share schemes.
- Work closely with our corporate advisory team to develop and implement tax strategies.
- Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on international tax matters.
- Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

Requirements- ATT/ACA/CTA qualified.
