As a key member of the Formula One AutoCentres team, the Weekend Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores on weekends. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing their own workload, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining excellent communication with colleagues and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing store operations on weekends, ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with Head Office and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identifying training needs for employees and developing strategies to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, compliance, and stock control procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a busy retail environment. A background in management within the motor vehicle sector would be an advantage.
