Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our infrastructure clients' projects by maximizing the use of information management and digital technologies.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency of how major infrastructure projects are planned and delivered while helping our clients achieve their Net Zero vision. You will have a diverse role, where your work will include developing strategies, process mapping, implementing technologies, and feasibility assessments across the infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively provide trusted advice to our clients around how to deliver technology solutions, with a focus on information management.
- Develop and implement digital and information management strategies for organizations, programs, and projects.
- Good working knowledge of ISO19650 industry standards and how they affect our service lines, deliverables, and clients.
- Awareness and understanding of lifecycle delivery management using waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Consideration of People, Process, Technology to ensure a holistic approach to digital delivery and information management across programs, projects, and organizations.
- Apply rigorous quality procedures for management of version control and audit trail.
- Build client relationships and reinforce credibility as an information management subject matter expert (SME) to identify opportunities where T&T can assist.
- Research and evaluate the potential application of new and emerging technologies.
- Able to work alone or in high-performance teams.
- Support others and provide training on the use of digital technologies.
- Maintain awareness of key industry trends; interpret and report to the wider team.
- Input into and, if applicable, lead business generation activity (bid qualifications and proposals).
Requirements
- 2:1 Bachelor's degree ideally in a STEM subject or relevant professional experience.
- Achieved, or working towards professional membership/accreditation APM, CEng, BCS, CMI.
- Nice to have but not essential - BIM or Information Management Certification (or working towards).
