Key Responsibilities of the Project Accountant - Netsuite include:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ROW Netsuite queries, issues, and training requirements.
  • Identify and advise on personalized Netsuite layout configurations for each team member to optimize their workflow.
  • Develop and generate reports by entity and for vertical groups to support reporting purposes.
  • Provide expertise on revenue recognition reporting and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Assist with the posting of transactions and advise on best Netsuite processes to streamline operations.
  • Set up and reconcile auto-posting features such as prepayments and fixed assets to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Create templates for journal uploads for payroll and expenses to facilitate efficient financial processing.
  • Deliver personalized training sessions to employees to ensure they are proficient in using Netsuite.

This is a fully remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £32-37 per hour, paid through PAYE. The initial contract duration is expected to be 3-6 months.
