Bus Driver Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus Driver Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Bus Driver Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to learners, helping them to achieve their goals and become professional Bus Drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch learning experiences to learners, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience in bus driving and training.
- Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their apprenticeship goals, including end-point assessment.
- Develop and implement effective training programs, ensuring that learners receive the best possible education and training.
- Lead group training sessions, both remotely and face-to-face, using a range of teaching methods to suit individual learner preferences.
- Significant bus driving experience, with a valid CPC and PCV license.
- Experience delivering training and mentoring, including practical bus driver training, classroom training, and CPC training.
- ICT literacy and a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (desirable, but not essential).
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) and assessment qualification (TAQA Level 3/A1/D32/33) (desirable, but not essential).
