Bus Driver Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to learners, helping them to achieve their goals and become professional Bus Drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver effective training programs for Bus Drivers, focusing on their skills and knowledge.
- Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their apprenticeship requirements.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods to cater to individual learner preferences, including remote and face-to-face training sessions.
- Collaborate with employers and team members to ensure quality training and assessment.
- Significant bus driving experience and a valid CPC and PCV license.
- Experience in delivering training or mentoring, including practical bus driver training and classroom training.
- ICT literacy and a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (desirable).
- A teaching qualification or assessment qualification (TAQA Level 3/A1/D32/33) is desirable but not essential.
