Ecommerce Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee our online marketplace presence on eBay. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing product listings, and ensuring our brand maintains a competitive edge.

1. Product Listing Management: Create, manage, and optimize product listings to maximize conversions and visibility.
2. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
3. Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns on eBay to drive traffic and sales.
4. Performance Monitoring: Use marketplace analytics tools to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure all activities comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our office in Wolverhampton.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in managing online marketplaces with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Proficiency in using marketplace tools and experience with analytics platforms and Excel.
