Job Title: Personal Lines Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our personal lines team in Jersey. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of brokers selling and promoting insurance products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen personal lines operations in Jersey.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and promote professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in personal insurance management or team leadership in personal lines.
  • Strong knowledge of the Jersey insurance market.
  • Familiarity with Jersey insurance regulations and compliance.
  • Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) or Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) qualification.
  • Local residential qualification or five years of continuous residence in Jersey.
