Teaching Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the educational success of our students and support the delivery of high-quality lessons.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, using your expertise to enhance the educational experience.

  • Foster a love of learning and promote a positive attitude towards education, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
  • Contribute to lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that learning objectives are met and students' needs are catered for.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a HLTA or equivalent role, with a strong track record of supporting students and contributing to a positive learning environment.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or training in education or childcare, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Genuine passion for education and child development, driving your enthusiasm and dedication to this role.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
