Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Connected Health. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Supported Living service and ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in a supported living setting. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that our service users receive personalized support, and working closely with our Live Connected partners to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Work closely with our Live Connected partners to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Ensure that our service users receive personalized support and care
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Conduct regular visits to our services to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g. NVQ level 5)
  • Have a minimum of three years' experience in a supported living setting
  • Have experience in a supervisory role within supported living
  • Be able to work closely with regulatory bodies (e.g. RQIA)
  • Have a valid driver's license and access to a car
